I will use this as a summary page to record all my swim sessions and generate weekly and monthly stats.  The details of the individual sessions can be found in the regular posts.  Bike stat’s do not include the bike portion of my indoor brick sessions.

    On average what is the distance you do in one session? I am very very new to trying to get fit and recently did a low-key women’s triathlon which I was pleased to complete in 1 hour 17 minutes. I’m still very slow and have lots of work to do, but it is lots of fun.
